Felicia was a great realtor!!! She was so helpful. Very quick to make sure my husband and i understood what we were getting into, how the process goes, the stresses that may or may not come with buying a house.
We of course had our own list of houses we wanted to look at. But the first house we went to was one that felicia picked out. It was PERFECT!!! she knew exactly what we wanted and that was it. She did take us to look at all the other houses on our list to be sure but in the end, the first one was the ONE!.
We also had a horrible lender, someone that didnt explain expenses to us, didnt show us what all we were going to be expecting at closing. Felicia went out of her way to help with that stress and was always open to phone calls and questions and helped us understand it all to the best of her abilities.
I would recommend anyone go to her, i heard buying a house is so stressful, i feel that because of Felicia, we had the easiest buying experience we could possbily ask for.
