Our family lived in a mobile home community for 16 years until we met Felicia. A friend gave us her name after she had helped them find a home. We weren't sure we would be able to sell a mobile home when we still owed the bank a lot. When I called Felicia, she talked me into trying to sell it. Best thing we could have done! She had a buyer within days of putting it on the market and was instrumental in helping us get into the home we love now. Without her experience in the foreclosure world, we would be stuck in the mobile home and insane by now!

She was kind, listened to what we wanted and never once forced something on us that didn't fit our needs. We are working on year number 3 in our house and we LOVE it! Felicia doesn't dissapear after the closing...she cares and that my friends is true customer service.
